Welcome to Skitzly Support — your one-stop guide for posting content, managing subscriptions, payments, and keeping the platform safe for everyone.
Posting Content
Creators can upload skits, short films, mini-series, or host live streams directly from their dashboard.
How to Post:
- Go to 'Home' page or click 'Create' on front page.
- Click “New Post” or “Go Live”.
- Choose your file or set up your live stream.
- Add a title, description, and price (if PPV - Subscribers will still have to pay if you set a price).
- Set visibility (public, subscriber-only - This is done under My profile > Edit profile > Rates - Select Paid profile, for subscriber-only and set your prices).
- Click Save.
✅ Tips:
- Make sure your content follows our Community Guidelines.
- HD video is supported; max file size is 10GB.
- You can monetize content through subscriptions, PPV, or tips.
Subscriptions
Fans can subscribe to your profile for exclusive access.
- Pricing: Creators set their own subscription prices.
- Platform Fee: Skitzly takes 15%, creators keep 85%.
- Billing: Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled.
- Discounts: Optional — creators may offer promotional discounts.
Subscribers get access to your exclusive videos, streams, and PPV discounts if enabled.
Purchased PPV Content Policy
Prevent Deletion of Purchased PPV
To protect the viewing rights of customers, creators will not be able to delete any PPV content (paid posts or messages) once a customer has purchased access to it.
This ensures that buyers continue to have access to the content they paid for and helps maintain trust between creators and their audience.
- ❌ Creators cannot delete PPV content after purchase.
- ✅ You can still update the title, description, or preview media if needed.
- 📩 If a creator needs to remove PPV content for legal or exceptional reasons, they must contact Skitzly Support directly at support@skitzly.com
Referral Program
The Skitzly Referral Program lets you earn money by inviting other creators to join the platform.
💸 How It Works
- Earn 5% of the income your referred user makes each month.
- Earnings last for 12 months from the date they sign up.
- You can earn up to $1,000 per referred user.
📲 Automatic Follow
When someone joins Skitzly through your referral link, they will automatically follow your account, helping you grow your audience too.
🪪 Eligibility
- The referral program is only available to ID-verified users.
- Referred users must remain active and compliant with Skitzly’s Terms of Service.
📩 Payouts
Referral earnings are added to your creator balance and can be withdrawn through your regular payout method.
Taxes & Rates
Skitzly automatically calculates and collects applicable taxes on subscription and PPV payments where required by law.
- All earnings are displayed net of taxes and fees in your dashboard.
- You may need to submit a W-9/W-8BEN form to receive payouts depending on your country.
- Taxes vary by location and will be automatically applied at checkout.
👉 Creators are responsible for reporting income to their local tax authorities.
Withdrawals
You can request payouts at any time once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold.
- Payout Methods: Stripe Connect (Recommended), PayPal, or other supported processors.
- Payout Schedule: Typically instantly with Stripe Connect or 3–5 business days after approval.
- Minimum Payout: (e.g., $20) — adjustable by Skitzly.
- Fees: Standard processing fees may apply depending on your payment provider.
🚨 Important: Make sure your payout details are correct to avoid delays.
Stripe Connect Onboarding Guide (Payout Setup)
Step 1: Start Your Stripe Account
Enter your email address.
We recommend using an email you can access right now.
If you’ve had a Stripe account before, you must still be able to access the phone number or email tied to that account. If you can’t, create a new Stripe login so you don’t get stuck on verification.
Enter your mobile phone number (Stripe will text you a code).
Step 2: Select Your Business Type
Business type:
IndividualOnly choose “Company” if you’re registering under an LLC or corporation that you legally own and operate.
Step 3: Enter Your Personal Details
Stripe needs this for identity verification and to legally pay you.
Fill in:
Full legal name (exactly as it appears on your ID)
Date of birth
Home / primary address
Phone number
Last 4 digits of your SSN (for U.S. creators)
Make sure this info is accurate. If Stripe can’t verify you, payouts will be paused.
Step 4: Enter Business Details
For “Business details” use:

This tells Stripe what kind of content you create and how you earn.
Step 5: Connect Your Bank
This is where your money gets sent.
You’ll see two options:
Instant connect (log in to your bank)
Manual entry
If you want to enter your bank manually:
Click “Enter bank details manually instead →”
Enter your Routing Number and Account Number for the bank account you want payouts to go to.
Tip: Use an account you personally own. Stripe will deposit to this account.
Step 6: Confirm Payout / Statement Info
Stripe will ask how payouts should appear on your bank statement.
Use:

If Stripe asks again for your website here, enter:
www.skitzly.com
Then continue.
Step 7: Submit
Review and submit.
That’s it. Your Stripe Connect account is now linked.
After Submitting
Your account will show as “Pending verification.”
We’ll review and Stripe will review.
If Stripe needs anything else (ID photo, address proof, etc.) you’ll get a follow-up request. Make sure to respond so payouts aren’t delayed.
Important Notes / Common Issues
If you enter an email or phone number you no longer have access to from an old Stripe account, you may get locked. Use current info you can verify today.
Your payout bank account must be in your own name.
If you enter fake info, Stripe will reject it and we can’t pay you.
Reporting a User or Post
We take community safety seriously.
If you come across harmful, infringing, or inappropriate content:
- Click the “Report” button on the post or profile.
- Choose a reason (e.g., harassment, illegal activity, spam, copyright).
- Submit your report.
Our moderation team will review the report promptly and take appropriate action.
